There will be acres of newsprint and more media attention on these momentous events, so I will keep what I have to say short, first off great news and congratulations to the people of Egypt for carrying out their non - violent revolution. These events remind of when the Berlin Wall came down, great for Germany and the Baltic States but for Romania it's meant a very long road and one still being travelled also possibly the Ukraine may yet go pear shaped?. Than there was the nightmare of former Yugoslavia, for many years subject of American messing about fueling religious fascist nationalism in Croatia and secret support of Islamic Fundementalism in Bosnia and Kossovo contributed as much to the eventual catostrphic clash with Serbian Ultra Nationalism. In a similar fashion the USA and England have been messing around in the middle East since the 19th century, in particular following WWI, we know what it's been about OIL! Similar popular revolutions that did not work out well are as in Pakistan and Iran, the latter as possibly now Algeria, Libya, Morroco, Jordon, Syria and Yemen may yet see dictatorships over thrown by young educated 'middle class' led popular revolutions. However, of course on the sidelines waiting in the wings to fully take the stage is an old traditional world of Religious Fundementalism that feeds on illiteracy and ignorence as in the tribal areas of Somalia and Pakistan also Afghanistan. Then what of Iran and Iraq, sooner or later Iran will follow Egypt as long as the USA, England and Israel stop their meddling there or they will create a situation as in Iraq. A country, first civilization utterly destroyed and made victim of terrible torturing Islamic Religious Fascist fanaticism, 100.000's killed and it's educated middle classes on the whole decamped for the Jordon and Syria then on to the west. If only those evil bastards Bush and Blair had left well alone, I am sure that sooner or later the people of Iraq would have done the same to Saddam as Egyptians have just done to Mubarak, brought him down. all things considered all that's left to be said is USA and West in general do not meddle hence in Egyptian affairs after all you hypocrits you kept Mubarek in power there all these years.

My best wishes to the People of Egypt for success of their Popular Revolution and a truelly democratic future, the best hope of course is with the young people a reminder to myself of what I have become more and more aware of that any past, inc my own need not be the future of the youth. Plant Crachach note that means you too, so take care of the 'popular revolution' that could be sneaking up on you big time, if you can figure that out you may start getting things right instead of folllowing in the footsteps of your predecessors - Y Crachach Newydd - England's Client Tribe in Wales, be warned children! Age does not needs be bring with it wisdom! it was most heartening to watch TV reports of Egypts Popular Revolution, not just a youthful revolution but one that became a family revolution of young and old, not armed but hold arms and making a stand for their homeland's freedom and their liberties. All Victory to the Egyptian Patriotic Popular Revolution!
