Cerebral Colonialism – Plantation of the Welsh Mind.
The struggle of Celtic Cymric Consciousness against the Cambro – British Crachach, looking behind behind their ‘Welsh Masquerade’, in truth they are Agents of Anglicization, Acculturalisation and Neo – Colonialism.
Issue no 2 of Ein Gwlad, regards article ‘Plantation’ by Thomas G. Jones, I do not totally disagree with views expressed by the author, only concerned with singular nature theme of the article re the way social-engineering by English Imperialism seeks ‘Homogenization’ – the de facto elimination of the Welsh identity. The article largely concerns itself with the subject of English ‘White Settler’ inward migration and establishment of a ‘White Raj’ colonial elite in sectors of employment. The article goes on to inform that along with trends in outward migration are not so much ‘Homogenization’ but rather destruction of the Welsh Nation – making of it a region of England by means of population changes on an huge scale. The truth and reality is, that the Welsh identity is anyway being eliminated and the Welsh people being made ‘Homogeneous’ with the English be they leave or stay in Wales. The point is that even if you reversed the massive socio – economic motivated shift of populations and the inward and out ward migration problems were brought to an end the process of making the Welsh ‘Homogeneous’ with the English would continue. The end result of course would be the same – Destruction of the Welsh Nation by destruction of the Welsh identity via means of Plantation of the mind – Cerebral Colonialism.
Some see this as a Welsh language issue alone but I have my doubts about this for sound historical reasons, it is more than a matter of anglicization and acculturalisation. There is something more insidious at work in eroding the Welsh identity and that is, cerebral colonialism or if you wish to give it a more relevant name to it’s present day motivation, then it’s called Tony Blairs ‘Big Tent’ philosophy and policies, The agents of this, are not as you think “the wicked English” but in reality our own poisonous parasitical crachach, particularly post Devolution ‘Crachach Newydd’, not least those who find succor in the media and arts. .Often they use multi-culturalism and also Political Correctness turned on it’s head to achieve their own ends but then also serve imperialist ends. Interestingly, the issue of T.B’s ‘Big Tent’ is much debated in England but I have not heard as of yet being discussed in a Welsh context. Our crachach chattering classes are scared to touch this ‘hot potato’, being so gutless as they are.
A clear example of the above can be seen in the new policies of ‘Sgript Cymru’ – “Creating a new Mythology for Wales” now what the hell do you suppose that means? Yes it is the same ‘Sgript Saxon Cymru’ that propagated that scurrilous Anti-Cayo crap – so called play = Brit Propaganda, still an agency of Imperialism. For the most part Sgript Saxon Cymru’ is as it’s Crachach forefathers desirous of shaping contemporary Wales in their image, whilst sponging more grants by appealing to so called pluralism, multi-culturalism and best of all sponging on the backs of minority issues –even the most distressed elements in society. In this connection the whole crachach edifice follows the same well-trod pathways to self-aggrandizement.

“Creating a new Mythology for Wales” Now if the same thing was said about Black or Asian identities there would be uproar, but they can get away with it in Wales, why? largely because of it’s our own treacherous Crachach behind it – you better believe it! We Welsh are a people who have been denied and still are being denied our history and heritage and here we have this “Sgript Saxon Cymry’ crowd quite happy to collaborate in the advance of cerebral colonialism. The truth is that since Elizabeth I bribed the bards and the religious establishment in the 16th century, the Crachach have known which side of their bread is buttered and that only limited cultural nationalism is o.k. but not political nationalism. You see the Crachach have got what they want, now the name of the game is ‘keep the English sweet’ and we will get even more rewards – Millennium Dome II down in ‘Bae Caerdydd’ is about as big as the bribes can get to help destroy our Nation. However, continued funding of that – will come only at a price – subservience to the ‘Saxon Shilling’.
‘Sgript Saxon Cymru’ is not alone in advance of this Cerebral Colonialism, other chief agents are with out doubt BBC WALES, who have totally dumbed down on real Welsh Content of it’s programming and then not least our so called “Welsh Intelligentsia” and Arts Establishment are not free of crimes of collaboration with colonialism? Is it not time we challenged them and found out and then exposed they? The struggle against ‘Plantation of the Welsh mind’ bust me a vigourous campaign against Cerebral Colonialism which must be to the fore in our struggle to deliver Wales out of the bondage to English rule. Oh yes! also out of the grasp of the greedy grasping crachach ‘Grant Grabbers and Culture Vultures that prey on the body of our homeland and misery of our people.
So, as much as I may sympathize with views expressed in the article ‘Plantation’ in Ein Gwlad no2, sorry but it is Plantation of the Welsh Mind – Cerebral Colonialism that should concern us more, as once Cymric Consciousness is eroded, that really is the end- full stop. So what we going to do about it? Well either, the now being talked about ‘Anti – Colonial Civil Rights Movement realizes that it must most urgently take aboard aforementioned matters or just lead us down a garden path – seeking job opportunities for the middle classes (The neo- colonial elite). If this “New Movement” cannot rise to the occasion then what of ‘Ymgyrch Treftadaeth Cymru’? or perhaps better would be ‘Pride in Wales’, what ever the reality is, we need most urgently to be established a true ‘Cymric Consciousness’ movement and struggle, Perhaps resurrect Cofiwn? But much more radical, modeled may I dare suggest on the American Indian Movement and Black Panthers.
*Beware – The treachery in the Belfry? Refers to the fact that history records that in either one of two historic occasions, there was a plot by Welsh traitors to betray Wales, no one is really sure if this refers to Gruffydd ap Llywelyn or Llywelyn ap Gruffydd – of little matter as the reality is in both case they were betrayed by fellow Welsh men. This is the hard truth of our history, constant betrayal and it still goes on today and for the most part it’s the Crachach who are the traitors and betrayers. So wake up and deal with them first or anything else you endeavor to succeed with will always be undermined. There can be no unity with traitors and those who preach such unity are traitors themselves and you better believe it! So wake up my fellow compatriots, the propagators in Wales of ‘cerebral colonialism’ are our own crachach colonial elite – all of them, not just ‘Sgript Saxon Cymru’ but the Educational establishment, the Arts establishment in particular – all those Culture Vulture Grant Grabbers so eager to pick up the Saxon shilling, and that’s the truth..
