SUE DAVIES WELSH REPUBLICAN CAMPAIGNER Speakes Out Against Visit To Caernarfon By English Royals.

.
Sue Davies has been a long time campaigner on behalf of Welsh Republicanism and campaigner against censorship, you may have seen one of her many letters in the Western Mail. Recently Sue also a campaigner for 'free speech' has voiced her arguement against the Royal Visit to Caernarfon, see web links below.
.
.
What I find rather peculier to say the least is the silence of 'Gwynedd Patriots' (apart from the few who carried out a brave 'Go Home Liz' poster campaign), I suspect that many 'Cultural Nationalists' are silent, because they fear for the danger in loss privellages, patronage and potential to go on stuffing themselves with 'SAXON SILVER'. The huge Economic crisis ahead must be really concentrating the minds of the 'usual suspect' 'Culture Vulture Grant Grabbers' (be they Cymraeg or Saesneg or those who loot via both languages). So no! I am not suprised about they and, I shall deal further with them sooner as later, in a The Welsh Patriot special feature on 'Cultural Grant Grabbing' and the great economic crisis our people now face ahead of them. However, regards 'Gwynedd Patriots' of the 'Alternative Kind' have been pretty much to the fore of struggle, especially if they were of 'y Cyfomodwyr' nature, but now silence? Up to now it has only been the radical 'language movement' Cymuned whom has voiced a strong oppinion while CyIG has but, only in a muted reply to newspaper reporters, this does not suprise me either really.
.
I do not expect PLAID CYMRU to speak out has they are such a ''Welsh Nationalist'' washout, but what of an older generation of ''Welsh Republicans'', there are quite a few around but gone to ground, well not so many really! Most are retired ''GOBs'' usually found in the Tafarn Llywelyn in association with an annual ''Welsh Monarchist'' themed commemorative rally. Others have decided to duck and dive out of sight and cannot even bring themselves to at very least write to the press on matter of 'Welsh Republicanism' or on Anti - English Monarchy Issues. Mind you ''Welsh Socialists'' of the 'Social Fourum Cymru' kind are also dead quiet, mind you the emphasis there could be on the ''DEAD!''.
.
Most suprizing however, regards a silence so quite it almost screams ''What's Up Doc!'' , is that our ''Nationalist Republican Retros'' aka Balchder Cymru (inc Cymru 1400, Red Dragon Movement and it's voice 'The Arm Chair Fanatic' all associated with B.C.) and those of the Cymru Rydd and ''Young Republicans'' mind are also has silent as a cemetary? Suprizing as they are so up for remembering the ''Sixties'' and the Adfywiad'69 and in commemorating FWA Commandants Cayo & Coslett & Glyn and since last year they have added the 'Abergele Martyrs' to their annual posturing and parading about along with appearences at the Dewi Day parade in Caerdydd. Indeed if they do not voice an oppinion on this Royal Visit and make some stand, even if only a token gesture then patriots must begin to have some doubts as to the nature and reality of 'Balchder Cymru' and associates.
.
As for the 'Cambrianistas' well! if any real patriot believes this lot and their fellow travellers, as pretty passive petitioners against English Princes, not serious nationalism is it? Then of course I suspect they are vey busy helping their ''leader'' Henry Jones Davies 'Knight of St David' who is standing for PLAID in the BGE Preseli Constituency at present. However, where are ''PLIAD SOCIALISTS'' Jill Lewis, Bethan Jenkins and Leanne Wood, Plaid Cymru's radical ''Femme Fatales'', why are they so silent when so up for Gaza etc? and indeed what of that other ''Guardianesque Republican'' Adam Price, all very silent. Not least the silence is most deafening on Nationalist blogs and web forums, so silent it's pretty deafening? All rather odd! or is it! perhaps not? It's one thing to be mealy mouthed rabbiting on about 'Medieval Wales' in a pub or where ever, remembering this or that native Prince of Wales but when it comes to getting out of the 'Cymric Nationalist Closet' and getting fof the fence and, coming up to the line, well that's another thing!
.
I just have one thing to say to these so called ''Nationalists'' and ''Republicans'' and it's this reality, say nothing! do nothing! then you can forget 'Welsh Independence' and forget a 'Welsh Republic' and face the fact also you are going to witness another Investiture of another English Prince of Wales. All because, at end of the day you were pretty cowardly, is that the truth? we shall see on Tuesday 27 April 2010, no patriotic protest then that's it!! Hopefully, there will be Patriotic Protests, no matter how big! or small! be it 'Passive' or 'Radically' dramatic as Welsh Demonstrations go, not even I expect something on scale of 'Close the City Down' riots as in London last year Nor do I even I advocate such!? Just a ''little voice'' will be something! after all 'Y Cymry' are not Irish, Serbs or Balts, Catalans, Basques or Corsicans but something at level of CyIC and 'Green Peace' would be ok! after all we must crawl before we walk or should that be walk before we run?
.
Think about it! myself have been exercising much energy with the blogging protest posts to stirr Welsh Republicans, Nationalists and Socialists out of their lethergy or maybe get their heads out from between their kness to look reality in the face! If now there is no Patriotic Protests of some worthy effort, endeavour and enterprise, then personally I consider the whole 'Cymric Cause' of Freedom! needs radical reconsidation fast? Myself, I am heading already in radical new directions which over coming two years will be further explained and outlined and dveloped in my blog 'RED REMEMBRANCER' and 'ADFYWIAD GOCH CYMRU', latter to be launced on 1 May 2010. For now on with the present protest, I cannot get to Caernarfon for reasons already made quite clear but, nevertheless I shall carry out a 'Autonomous' Protest Action on Tuesday, possibly in Caerdydd?
.
So? Well I consider this one is for a post '69 patriotic generations, for you especially on Tuesday all roads lead to Caernarfon to be to the fore in Patriotic Protest Demonstrations against vist of the English Queen to Caernarfon, if your up for it! That includes you patriotic 'Facebook Fusiliers'. However, if you cannot make Caernarfon carry out symbolic protests in your locality as for instance close by English Royalists Rememberance plaques, they are everywhere. Post Tuesday many of you may have taken a committed and couragous step forward as REPUBLICAN PATRIOTIC RESURGENTS whilst a few no doubt really should possibly seriously consider an early ''Republican Retirement'' and join the ''GOBs'' on their annual outings to Cilmeri and Caerdydd for a little 'Dewi Day Parading'?
