I suggest those of a Welsh Republican mind within the National Movement are more likely to purposefully advance Welsh Republicanism at Newport in commemoration of 1839 than at Cilmeri Commemorating 1282. So, make up your Welsh Republican Ribbons and flags and get yourself to Newport on 31st October and 4th November 2009.
