I have not read any of Hywel Teifi Edwards great literary and works on Welsh History, I will leave it for others to consider such though 'Cultural Nationalism' does come in for my ire below. again I would love to hear what 'Welsh Nats' not least 'Cultural Nats' have to say about this? Haughty Huw, pompous git as he is well known to be, not least rats on the good Socialist Traditions of Llanelli which he claims as an 'Home Patch'. In 1911 as in 1969 Welsh Cultural Nationalism was to sell out to the English Crown, so it is not suprising really that Cultural Nationalism will do so again regards the Royal Wedding. At this time a panicking Cultural Nationalism faced with the death of it's rural 'Welsh Way of Life' given impetus by a baby boomer' generation of young native Welsh Speaking 'educated elite' began a radical language struggle.
