Not least I can blog away all night whilst at same time getting educated and informed on much I am not aware of. The down side however as far as my Welsh Patriotism is concerned, is I am finding Wales a bit of a 'vanity' and as far as my Nationalism goes, I am becoming more of an 'Inter - Nationalist'. What ever our 'ills' are they are nothing compared to the 'ills' that other nations and peoples suffer.

Political and Patriotic Morality with the above in mind, mindfull of the debate raging in the press over a Statue for Stanley in Denbigh, perhaps all to selective. On a recent trip to the Elan Valley centre, I read that one of the reasons for building the first dam was that it was to solve the problem of Cholera in the Cities of the English Midlands. I am not sure if the building of the Vyrnwy Dam had a similar motivation but perhaps the fact is that it's 'God's Water' so what right have we not to be charitable with it? So, weighing it all up, the sacrifice of a few saved many, is that not what Welsh Christian Morality and Charity is all about? There is almost a similar issue concerning the Elan Valley being taken over by the Military to prepare soldiers to wage the good fight against Hitler and the Nazis. It bemuses me that in instances of Elan, by way just one of many communities in England as well that had to be abandoned during WWII for training and defence reasons. But only in Wales do we get a 'national cultural pacifist' regret mixed with a cultural 'Anxt' over a small 'Cymric Cultural Community' being destroyed by an English Military Machine, setting aside that at this time it was British and Empire, with American and Russia that were going to save Welsh Necks and Wales itself from being totally ethnically cleansed and culturally destroyed by Hitlers Nazi War Machine at the time rolling into Western Europe and later Eastern Europe, Russia and the Balkans destroying a number of small nations and minority peoples, cultures and languages.

There you are Jason subject matter for you to raise when BBC Wales finnally gets around to the issue of the great Vyrnwy Estate Land Grab, which for some reason the Welsh Media are avoiding. Of course Tryweryn and Clywedog are another matter, anyway it will not hurt Welsh Patriots to discuss and debate either.
