THAT EURO ELECTION - What Next For Wales & Welsh Nationalist Movement & Struggle For Independance? Roll Over And Surrender, FIN!

Not much for the 'Welsh Nats' to write home about really, not with the Tories turning Wales Blue but for the 'Hwntw' aka 'Silurian Socialist South' of 'the Valley's aka Blaenau Morgannwg keeping true to the Labour Party, even though a fast declining and disappearing support. Gone are the days when people voted for Donkeys as long as they wore Red Rossettes, but where was the PLAID (Cymru) break through, interesting all of 'Tiroedd Cunedda' went Green in terms of votting pattern. However, they only retained that one Euro seat of Jill Evans PLAID MEP or has some rather unkindly call her, the MEP for Gaza!

The big suprise is UKIP taking a Euro Seat, mind you what is the alternative if one is dead set against the European Union Empire? I am totally opposed to the E.U.E, and see it quite hypocritical of PLAID to seek Welsh Sovereighty and Independance from England, to then be quite happy to hand our Sovereignty and Independance over to the E.U.E. Any true Welsh Nationalist Party must of neccesity be anti - E.U.E, and instead seek a PAN CELTIC COOPERATIVE CONFEDERATION - P.C.C.P. However, this is not likly to happen in the near future, so what are patriots to do? Well a ressurrected 'Ein Gwlad' magazine, now under the control of CYMUNED, is taking a rather apolitical line. In this respect I myself am of the same oppinion about all politicians, and like they am not really interested in supporting any politician or political party.

I must say, I am kind of intrigued by this move by CYMUNED, not just because 100's of Ein Gwlad were dumped in rubbish bins at the Meifod Eisteddfod but when I attempted to return many to Basil (previous co - editor with Royston Jones), I was told to take them away as his Garage contained 1000's of unsold copies. So maybe best to sell this lot off, befores restarting up EIN GWLAD II which more than likly will also end up on a 'Bonfire of Vanities'.

I am further intrigued as to why CYMUNED is kind of moving into what is ''Political Territory'' maybe, and via the English Language too? HHHhhhmmm! are they feeling the wind of contracting 'Cymru Cymraeg' and as S4C seeking a broader approach and English Speakers to sustain themselves? Or maybe CYMUNED does have political pretentions in their 'Cymric Closet', I have no doubt that if they do they are likly to be of a 'Cultural Right' kind of Politics. Given that there are links between they and the thoughts of the ''Agony Aunt of Abergynolwyn'' (Swansea Jac), the 'Balchderiad' and the 'Cambrianistas', more of Census Campaign/WIP roots that meander around Henry Jones Davies and John 'Gardner' Humphries, than 'Y Cyfamodwyr' Cream Crakers (ref to how easy they crumbled up, no longevity at all).

Long term, I foresee potential of this lot attempting to once more establish an Alternative and no doubt 'right wing' Welsh Nationalist Party, but that would be doomed as all other attempts at doing so. We have already witnessed for a number of years, a number of blogs advocating Independence but it's all been Talk! Talk! Talk! I wonder now if following the Euro Election the 'Coalition Conspiracy' between PLAID and LABOUR will back off from a Referendum on more powers fort he Assembly, A proper Parliament or Independence.

They must be worried that the Tories and UKIP in Wales are opposed to all these things and a majority of their members are quite happy to see the Assembly finnished off, but then so am I. PLAID/LAB must be worried as now collectivelly between them, the Welsh Tories and UKIP could very likly mount a resounding vote NO! NO! NO! campaign on any positive questions in any referendum.

All food for thought, It looks as if 'AluninDyfed' was right in saying that the 'Coalition Conspiracy' would damage PLAID. I wonder if Adam Price is already resurrecting his plans for a 'Coalition Conspiracy' with the Tories, god help! he's not serious, is he? If such did occur I would suggest all the Southern progressive Left PLAID defect and attempt with Labour Patriotic Progressives, to form a Popular Left Radical Progressive Deomocratic Party.

Maybe then the PLAID rural traditionalists perhaps may consider forming with Central Wales Liberals, remnants in an attempt to establish a RADICAL RURAL PARTY, then by tactical voting Powys might be siezed back from the Tories as well as other marginal constituencies in North East Wales, Vale of Clywd and Vale of Glamorgan at the very least. Plus knock UKIP out of action as well as puting the Tories onto their back feet and into retreat.

However, with a Brit Gen election not so far off, plus possibilty of a Referendum, it might be a case of better the Devil we know that the one we do not know? In this instance sticking it out with PLAID at least untill the Referendum is done and dusted one way or the other. Long term myself, I am going to tread back left in direction of an 'Anarchist' Libertarian Left with possibly an ADFYWIAD GOCH? As I see no future in an 'ADFYWIAD GWLADGAROL' going by the measure of poor pathetic response to call to action at the Gate of Caernarfon Castle on 1 July 2009.

Anyone would think I was suggesting Welsh Patriots 'STORMED THE CASTLE' as protests in City of London a little while back, it kind of does not look good for any future struggle against another Investiture of an Englishman as Prince of Wales, when all that is being called for essentially is a 'DAY OF ACTION' which would largelly be a pretty passive Placard Picket Protest, and that cannot win support in Gwynedd let alone from elsewhere.

Maybe CYMUNED should concern themselves with this matter than wasting time on a ressurrected EIN GWLAD. trust me, this 'Investiture Issue' at moment really needs to be the one central important issue all Welsh Nationalists should be concerned with. However, as in 1969 too many 'Welsh Nats' are running away in an opposite direction (remember Cilmeri Rally week before Investiture) , get my drift! Whatever, time for talking is over, and if you cannot get up to speed to be in Caernarfon on 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th July then start considering getting on the streets to campaign for a proper Welsh Parliament - Preferably a restoration of 'Senedd Glyndwr - Cenedl Cymru Rydd, in Machynlleth.

This in mind I draw your attention to my SOFRANIAETH blog, with in mind maybe now is the hour to ressurrect this Initiative? I note that Embassy Glyndwr is attempting to advance locally an annual 'Gwyl Dydd y Coroni Glyndwr' on and about 21 June, but what about the original concept of a 'Gwyl Dydd y Senedd. Whatever, think on it, and maybe if in Machynleth this Saturday for 'Revealing of the Crown Ceremony' (see Owain Glyndwr Communicates) patriots may discuss the virtues of organising such a national commemorative event, let me know your thoughts on this matter. WYLIT, WYLIT LLYWELYN: Don't cry for me Caernarfon Castle - as I hate you!

Sigh! Long drawn out sigh! just discovered this long piece of 'intellectuality' on the web (see link below), I am partly sighing because I do not have the time to read it. But having had a quickie suss I came accross the 'over egging' of the role of CyIG in the Anti - Investiture Campaign with much emphasis on the pathetic walk out at that Urdd Eisteddfod. Yes the same one recently glorified by Crachach Cymru PLC at the NLW complete with presentation of heaped honours upon the poem Wylit, Wylit Llywelyn or as I like to pun: ''Will it, Will it ever come to a real fight on behalf of Llywelyn'' who by now must be rolling in unbearable anguish in crocadile tear sodden Cymric soil?

Truth is of course that CyIG 'back stabbed' the Anti - Investiture Campaign with their 11 hour Cilmeri Rally, as recently a truth repeated in book Freedom Fighters by John Humphries. One does not have to be a political genius to realise why this stunt was pulled off by the Cultural 'Language' Nationalists, and in whose interest it really was, just think on it!

On occaision I am tempted to use the a phrase attributed to the Nazi Herman Goering I believe, I refrain from using it for that reason. However, on this occaision, F*** it!....... ''When I hear the word culture I reach for my gun''. It's too bad that the thesis below by Owain Lyr ap Gareth gets much wrong and left unsaid about the 1969 Anti - Investiture struggle, talk about a personal bias, and in a thesis too? as it kinds of points to a certain bias which truely undermines the thesis, at least in the section on the 1969 Investiture.

If he's screwed up there , then where else has he screwed up? I ask myself! However, even though I have only had a quick scan, there is much within the content I would find informitave and illuminating, and would reccomend all patriots read but not this month of June, as you should all be too busy organising for Demonstrations and protests at Caernarfon on 1st July 2009. Including the likes of Owain Lyr ap Gareth before they get too settled in an 'Ivory Tower' or become a publically funded member of Crachach Cymru PLC? Perhaps it's because I have lived in London for far too long? but more and more I begin to wonder what the hell, do I have in common with many of my fellow country men? Heresy! but I often wonder if all this 'worrying the carcuss of an old song', is no more than some kind of obsessive vanity? or am I just pissed off when I see so many are really in this cause for personal advancement, cultural as much as political, and as much as Labour and Tory money grabbers so much in the news of late.

Save, reading of this thesis for the winter, along with other weighty pieces on postcolonialism or is it post Colonialism? the intellectuals cannot make up their minds even, so don't go getting your tiny patriotic brains blocked up. At moment all that need concern you right now is how to make a protest placard and banner for the 'Stop Another I - Day Demonstration', although that looks to be no more than a few personal protests. As I have not heard of any massed ranks of patriots preparing to march on Caernarfon and up for Storming that Castle?

No one, it seems is up to organising anything prefoundly big as 'STORMING THE CASTLE', and I should not be putting daft ideas like that in young impressionable heads. The fotos in this post, are of Bradwr Lloyd George, we tried to pull this statue down in 1969 but failed, above him towers 'Eleanores Gate' where the English Princes of Wales both in 1911 and 1969 were presented to the cheering crowds. This foto is followed by one of the Exhibition Room in the Castle which glorifies the English Princes of Wales and puts down the native princes.

The next foto is from same exhibition and shows Carlo being invested - Crowned 'Tywysog Cymru' sat on his 'Investititure Throne'. This is now in bomb proof case in same exhibition room, his royal robes and 'national honours' are hidden away at the National Museum of Wales. The Royal Robes used to be on display untill some one tried to get at them but sadly only damaged the case they were in.

The third foto below shows the 'DIAS OF DOMINATION' in the castle today, centred on a lawn with 'Keep off the Grass' signs everywhere, to put you off walking across to this symbol of conquest and I spose if your a patriot 'Spitting on it!'. Some years ago, I rushed into the Castle with a Celtic Cross, symbolic of the Croes Naid, my intention being to make a protest on the 'Dias of Domination'. Unfortunatly a plain clothes copper got me first, I will leave it now to younger Adfywiadwyr Gwladgarol to make a 'touch down' on this most politically charged and sensitive patch of slated ground in Cymru, as it's here perhaps your next English Prince of Wales will be invested 'Tywysog Cymru'. One of these fotos below is of a model of the castle showing position of the 'DIAS OF DOMINATION' within the walls.

I guess the next link makes me want to spit and go and quote Goring again, c'mon spare me the 'Crachach Shite', the poem Wylit, Wylit meant to be a wake up call? Jasus H. Christ, obviously it's failed in that respect, so I invite, nay challenge the Poets of Wales to deliver themselves upon the 'DIAS OF DOMINATION' at 3:00 pm on 1st July 2009. To perhaps deliver a call to the nation to begin now the struggle against another Investiture of another Englishman as Prince of Wales, or is that to tough a call upon any Courage of Conviction you might have? Of course you want hear the clink! clink! clink! of 'Saxon Shillings' behind such a call on such committed patriotic gesture, but just think of the real glory, the statement to the nation and the World that would be made, to make up for those 1000 bards who grovelled before Edward I at Overton in 1284. Now, go see some really pointless artistic impression in link below, possibly funded out of the public purse at great cost? when a can of red spray paint or a bucket of annimal blood and offal would have cost far less, if you get my drift?

As for inviting artists to come up with artistic interpretations of Wylit, Wylit, I am not impressed by the results. I can think of much better and worthier and more meaningful 'Adfywiad Artistic' Agit - Prop Interpretations' that could have been made, but I had better shut up or I may be held responsible for some act of ''Patriotic Madness''

Other than this I know that a TV crew is going around making a documentary based on the Humphries book 'Freedom Fighters', I refused to participate. I have also refused to participate in a film being made, based on a to 'Dream of Freedom', my reasons for not participating are for various reasons. In main, I have never been associated since 1969 with any media interpretations or documentaries of any kind, and I am not going to start now.

However, I hope to do an Interview with a 'Patriotic Documentary News Service' soon, and that I am told will be posted to 'Your Tube' or be 'Video Streamed' as well on one of my own blogs later in June. A film is being made of Ian Bones 'Class War' in which the FWA are featured and ITV Wales are making a documentary on the 'Investiture Troubles' to be shown on the 22 June - 'Dydd Bryn Glas'. I dare say that the LPDP & WM will publish Commemorative Investiture Souvenir supplements as will the media in general so feature, and I of course will be posting much more on the Adfywiad Gwladgarol 1962 - 69 on my AWNM&S History Archive and other blogs during course of June and July.

So an exciting period ahead, with much to inspire but hopefully not passively but more pro-actively protesting in and around Caernarfon on 1 July 2009, yes! ....with the Poets on the 'Dias of Domination', maybe? but not likly! or with Balchder Cymru sometime during the day? Myself, I think Cambria Magazine Crowd and Y Crachach Newydd, should reserve pride of place and time for themselves that day, at the Gate of Caernarfon Castle at 3:00pm on 1 July 2009. To show us Working Class patriots whom are some times called incorrectly 'Y Werin', that next time around you will be leading from the front and standing shoulder to shoulder with the 'Adfywiadwyr Gwladgarol' behind the barricades...... As sure as day follows night, if I do not see some 'Crachach Newydd' and 'Celebs Cymru' patriotically protesting as suggested above this 1st July 2009, I shall for sure advise Working Class 'Gwerin' to forget any Anti - Investiture Struggle at a future date. Instead I will advise learn how to culturaly grovel, grab a grant-bag of 'Saxon Shillings' and learn how to write poetry, get published and go read it on a beach as far from Caernarfon, even Cymru as possible. Just forget the type of 'Nationalist Nonsense' I am always indulging in, but not for much longer perhaps?

If you cannot make Caernarfon on 1 July, there's always the following days, not least on the 4th July, a Saturday. Why not organise BLAG FLAG MOTORCADES from your community to and around Caernarvon via laying tributes on graves of the Abergele Martyrs. Whatever, as best as you can note and observe, that on 1st July 2009, all your roads really need to lead to Caernarfon, maybe if possible via Abergele. DO NOT MISS THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY OF OCCAISION, to say you were there on that day, and so have inspired future generations to be there, next time they try and foist an investiture on us.

Golly gosh! I just got to stopt talking like an Irish Rebel and writing like some seriously patriotic Serb, these guys started WW I over an insult to their patriotic pride. Serbs have long memories, and as the Irish are not so easly bought out as the Cymry, but on the 1 July 2009 you can show Wales and the World again, there are some Cymry who will never be bought out or so beaten down on their knees that they will never rise again.............FE GODWN NI ETO!

The aforementioned Investiture Interpretation Exhibition along with the 'Investiture Throne' has been in Caernarfon Castle for 40 years, same the 'Dias of Domination'. You maybe as incredulous as I to realise that Gwynedd Patriots have done nothing about this in all this time, as for instance the setting up of an alternative Exhibition in the town telling the truth about Conquest Cymru 1282 - 84. Wylit, Wylit Llywelyn, a wake up call? No! I think not, it will take more than a poem to make Wales Awake! to threat of another Investiture of another Englishman as Prince of Wales. More so an huge Demonstration of Patriotic Feeling that warns of another 'Adfywiad Gwladgarol', if 'William Wales' is foisted upon as the next English Prince of Wales.

CYMRU COALITION CRAPS IT FOR PLAID CYMRU but don't let me tell you, I told you so.....

JUST LISTEN TO ALUN JONES (ALUNINDYFED), the guy is talking sense but what's to do about it? Up to Plaid Members really, and me? well I am getting soft on Plaid. The below aside, I think all nationalists should call for an election now!, and that all Nationalists fully back Plaid this once but on condition it does quit the 'Coalition Conspiracy' asap, and that in it's election manifesto is a declaration that 'uno numero' priority will be the call for the Welsh Assembly to carry out a referendum on more powers for the Welsh Assembly with also a question on Welsh Independence. At the moment, I do not particularly trust any politician, and Plaid might be just better at faking sincerity but whatever, as far as I am concerned this is just one last final push for Freedom and Independence or bust! After that I go far left, as an Inter - Nationalist Libertarian Anarchist towards ADFYWIAD GOCH in perpetual struggle which includes demanding devolution all the way down to Peoples Community Communes. Until then I suggest everyone get out on the street now, today and tomorrow in a real struggle of National Liberation and not just play at 'Patriot Games'.

Departure from a Political Position

The time has come in my opinion for a re-evaluation of Plaid's position in the political line-up at the Welsh National Assembly. Whatever the major parties in Wales may say to the contrary they are British parties dedicated to the maintenance of the Union. Plaid Cymru, in this perspective, is the only party of Wales, a party formed for the aim of severing the connection with the United Kingdom and esttablishing an indaependent social and democratic republic as Ireland has done. Saunders Lewis and his fellow republicans followed in the footsteps of Padraig Pearse, Eamonn de Valera and other patriots who saw England as a brutal colonising power which did not respect the rights of other nationalities to govern themselves and live in a free society.In northern Ireland the Unionists are in coalition with Sinn Fein. In the Welsh Assembly Labour is in coalition with Plaid. With a General Election in the offing this is an unhealthy situation for both Sinn Fein and Plaid Cymru. The public will associate both nationalist parties with the failed and discredited policies of the Labour government and these parties could well be damaged by the association. In recent polls support for Labour has collapsed and the party is becoming increasingly seen as a party of spin, sleaze, deception and incompetency. Leading figures have been exposed and discredited and their slick words are no longer believed. Labour has fallen to third place beneath the Lib Dems for the first time in 22 years, and in the European context they have fallen beneath the UKIP party.Therefore it would seem that the interests of Plaid and consequently the interests of the Welsh nation are not well-served by remaining in coalition with Labour. It may well be in the strategic interests of Plaid to pull out of the tenuous political association. Thus Plaid would be enabled to pursue its own unadulterated policies unencumbered by restraints and as a result would gain stature with the electorate.It would reinforce the party as a party with principle and purpose, focused on a campaign for a Welsh Parliament leading to independence, while at the same time attending to more pressing and immediate concerns, both social and economic and of great public concern, and subsequently the fundamental reformation of Welsh society. CROESO i CAERNARFON Iaf GORFFENNAF 2009 - 40th Anniversary 1969 Anti - Investiture Struggle Commemoration? PROTEST NOT PETITION!

Charles Windsor 'Carlo' was crowned as 'Tywysog Cymru' in Caernarfon Castle at 3:pm on 1st July 1969, and so we had yet another Englishman as Prince of Wales foisted upon us. If you do not want another Englishman 'William Wales' Invested as Prince of Wales, then Patriots wake up and arise and radically purposefully protest - NOT PATHETICALLY PETITION!

I suggest you begin your picket protesting in ernest at the Gate of Caernarfon Castle at 3:pm on 1st July 2009. Already Balchder Cymru have committed themselves to a protest at the Gate on this day, 40 anniversary of the 1969 Investiture. I know not what time or details of their activities, so check out their website and blogs. If they do not assemble by 3:pm I am sure that Gwladgarwyr Gwynedd will rush to stand in the gap, maybe? I will keep you informed of further developments regards this important demonstration and declaration that all true Welsh patriots do not want Another Investiture of Another Englishman as Prince of Wales, FIN!

Hopefully they will be joined by the staff & contributors of Cambria Magazine to prove they are up for radical protest action as well as passive petitioning around the town and in all the 'Three Feather' pubs to convince the locals that another Investiture is really a very bad idea!. Not least, I further hope that CRACHACH CYMRU PLC will also be there in their 1000's. Not least enough Welsh poets to fill up in full the Dias of Domination within the Castle. If successfull a record breaking claim could be made to Guiness Book of Records as to how many Welsh Poets are not after all, such servile grant grabbers of 'Saxon Shillings'.

Start organising for this event, spread the word and start to make Protest Placards and slogan banners plus of course bring all our Freedom Flags; Baneri Llywelyn, Baneri Glyndwr, Baneri Y Ddraig Goch and Baneri Dewi Sant and not least 1831 Baneri Goch, Welsh Republican Flags and yes! plenty of White Eagle flags.

If you cannot make it for the protest on 1 July 2009, then possibly make every effort to visit the Castle in following days up to 4th July. Not least make every effort to visit the graves of the Abergele Martyrs to place floral tributes, particularly on 4 July and then continue on to Caernarfon to place Ivy crosses and wreaths at Gate of the Castle. Why not stop off at Rhuddlun on the way to remember the Statutes of Rhuddlun - claimed to be welcomed by the native Welsh or so it says on plaque placed on the reputed 'Parliament building' there which was established by Edward I in 1284 to make official his making of

Cymru a Colony.

NB:

I hope as many patriots as possible, not least families with children visits the castle, in particular the Investiture Exhibition room within the castle, to gaze upon infamy and lack of concern by Gwynedd Patriots in particular. Why? for allowing such exhibition to exist - such which not only makes light of Conquest 1282 but misleads and ilinforms on historical truth, not least regard the persecution and destruction of the native Royal Family of Gwynedd from which our native Welsh 'High Kings' came. This Investiture Exhibition makes it seem that not only were the Welsh eager to accept centuries of English Princes of Wales, but that it is made to appear their 700 odd years of existence are more important than a 1000 year history of native Cymric Kings, Princes and Chiefs. This native history made less signifigant in the story of Cymru. Why this Investiture Exhibition has never been challenged and replaced, or an alternative one established in the town, is just beyond me! I am quite sure that such similar would never have been allowed in true nations by real nationalists as in Ireland or Serbia, and Gwynedd has had a so called Nationalist Council - for how long? Amazing!!! Now what is going to be done about it?..and it gets worse, see below >

THREE FEATHERS FOUNTAIN

Enough to make you despair over Wales and the Welsh just look at how they celebrate in slate and stone, a Fountain of three Watery feathers to commemorate the Investiture of 1969. The below was placed outside Cardiff City Hall to mark occasion of the day 'Carlo' newly crowned 'Tywysog Cymru' made visit to Caerdydd during his Royal Progress of Wales.

I believe there are a number of similar plaques also to mark such occasion in a number of other towns throughout our land. This Royal Progress of course mirrored the Victorious Royal Progress of Wales made by Edward I shortly after the conquest of our country, the Investitures of 1911 and 1969 gloried in a self indulgent bout of slavishness towards that English Royal Crown that conquered and since has claimed sovereignty over us. Only achieved and sustained for centuries by enduring Cymric Cowardice, betrayal and continuing tedious & tiresome TREACHERY & TRICKERY!
